Really pleased with the service I received from Hinckley & Rugby Building Society. Emma was helpful, polite and very easy to deal with both online and over the phone. She came across genuinely caring and nothing ever felt too much trouble. It’s nice dealing with someone who actually takes the time to listen and help properly rather than just rushing you through. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend them. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
