Starling's high bar

I lost my phone and spent 2 days dealing with various banks and my mobile phone company to suspend, block, cancel and then reinstate apps, mobile and SIM. Starling was the ONLY ONE that made the process quick, easy and stress free. I'd like to give special thanks to Nicole. She was professional, friendly and lovely throughout, which is in stark contrast to how unprofessional, unfriendly and self serving all the others were. New business account.

I recently started a new business account. It has been easy to set up, I called the support and together we realised I'd made a tiny mistake, but they helped me identify it quickly, and were really friendly and helpful. I have set up invoices easily and the tools in the app and online are great to use to help manage the income and expenses. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026
