I like Barclays as they are always trying to protect...

I like Barclays as they are always trying to protect you from fraud.and scams, they have stopped a transaction that they were not happy with and saved me thousands, also recently have given money back to my account that was taken by a scam company so would not change them, they might not have the best interests so I go elsewhere for most of my savings. Perfect service

Easy to use and saved me during the cost of living crisis. I wouldn't have been able to clear my debts without Barclays credit card %0 interest payments. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Great customer service & support

I love using the card for all purchases due to cash back but the best part is the customer service when there is a fraud issue. They are very responsive and quick in resolving issues. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Easy to open and manage

Can open an ISA and complete transfer from another bank in a few minutes using the mobile app. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Debit card

I've been with Barclays over 30 years, I recently had issues with fraudulent use of my debit card so went on my Barclays app to do online chat which was no use so I phoned them directly,I waited over 15 mins no answer, I finally had a return call following day saying they had cancelled my debit card and would send me a new one, it's been 5 days now still nothing, so back on to chat which is a big waste of time then back to a direct call which I was told I'd be waiting another 30 mins plus to speak to someone,I received a new debit card on my app tried to use it from my phone but doesn't work?? tried again to ring Barclays told me on the app 24/7 service but when rang number only covered stolen cards so a bit of a lie of Barclays, lm having to use my Capital one credit card until my debit arrives and hopefully will work ,for such a large established company I'd expect better from them , after this poor communication and Barclays app shambles I will seriously be looking for another bank !
