I had better customer service since i started my barclays account. I would say the bank has wide range of options to choose from and i find it very easy.

Excellent customer service. the mobile app and the direct debit options were also very easy which means it has been accepted by a wide range of businesses and also insurance options are available. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

not leaving

I've been with Barclays for 22 years and don't plan on leaving. They have been steadfast support through life challenges and remain my main bank account. Looking forward to the future and possibly taking out a mortgage with them. They have the blue rewards scheme, and I have a rainy day savings account which has high interest and is easily accessible to me; being a student, I need to get my hands on finance at will.
