Very poor experience whereby I was misadvised by sev...

Very poor experience whereby I was misadvised by several different colleagues and poorly spoken to by in-store team. Ended up filing an official complaint which didn't even need escalating for the complaints team to agree with all of my issues. Even when the account was opened, they didn't give me an overdraft (which is pretty much the only reason to get a student account) and wouldn't really elaborate further. Good prices and minimal admin fees, can do a lot of activity online now without needing to get in touch, although customer service is decent when you do have to get in touch. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Cheap and cheerful

Online portal has gotten very good and you don't really need to contact them for much now. Prices are competitive and whenever I have had to get in touch they've been helpful. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023
