Trustworthy bank

Trustworthy bank, I’ve banked with Barclays since I turned 18 years old, for the last 12 years they have been very reliable, the app works perfectly well. All issues sorted when I go to any branch, the staff on the phone are fantastic and well trained, I fully recommend Barclays to my friends. Good current account for me

The branch service local area is good but I have to travel into Crawley or Haywards Heath to a branch from my home town which lost its local branch in cuts. The App service and online abd phone services however are exemplary. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
