Dreadful scam checking options and crashing.

1) The options to get past scam checking are dreadful. Imagine you want to pay for physiotherapy. There is no option to select "Received goods or service fine" and you wish to pay money you now owe which is probably 90% of the time. Instead you have to pretend you are paying family or a trades person etc. Awful. 2) Time and again going through this process, the system crashes with "Error 20000. Try again later" or similar. That means trying another day. No good if you are travelling or need to pay urgently. Reviewed on: 11th September 2026
