Good App Experience

Ulster bank app has improved a lot over the last year and continues to do so. Glad to see it keeping up with other online and app banks. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Ulster in India

Ulster in India 10 weeks waiting to close an account, not closed yet, after the usual frustration they tell me that they have farmed out this simple process to a guy in India, so be patient as the Indian company may have further subcontracted this simple process of closing my account, as of now my deposit is nowhere to be seen and I am at a loss, do not trust Ulster. DO NOT JOIN

DO NOT JOIN DO NOT JOIN! Sent an international transfer of £2000.00 and they have froze my payment requesting more information. I provided this information over 30 days ago and they still have not released the funds. Customer service is useless, and this is what happens when you underpay your staff. No one from the international team will talk with me, I just have to accept that my hard earned money has been kept and there is nothing I can do about it. Reviewed on: 4th April 2022
