Great bank

Great customer service, App is easy to use . Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

Never had any problems

I lost my debit card a week before Christmas and was pretty much hysterical at this prospect. I contacted the bank and not only were they able to offer me an emergency code to get money but they promised to have the card to me within 5 working days before Christmas. Imagine my surprise when the card arrived a day and a half later. Amazing customer service. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Free

I used to bank with them as there was no monthly charge and the service was decent enough. I no longer bank with them but if I had no other choice, I wouldn't complain. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Never had any issues

I've been with this bank for over 10 years and never had any issues. They are very quick to put restrictions in place if any unusual activity occurs on your account and I welcome this rather than being out of money. Always very courteous as well. Reviewed on: 24th November 2015

Fee free and functional

This is my main current account as it is a free free and functional account from one of the better Irish banks. Reviewed on: 24th September 2015
