Never had any problems. I lost my bank card before Christmas and they had me a replacement in 2 days. Very impressed. Reviewed on: 21st April 2016

Never had any issues

I've been with this bank for over 10 years and never had any issues. They are very quick to put restrictions in place if any unusual activity occurs on your account and I welcome this rather than being out of money. Always very courteous as well. Reviewed on: 24th November 2015
