Never had any problems

I lost my debit card a week before Christmas and was pretty much hysterical at this prospect. I contacted the bank and not only were they able to offer me an emergency code to get money but they promised to have the card to me within 5 working days before Christmas. Imagine my surprise when the card arrived a day and a half later. Amazing customer service. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016
