This is a scam—stay away. I've been a Halifax customer for over 20 years. My Ultimate Reward Current Account includes travel insurance. However, when my holiday was cancelled due to , my claim was rejected. The customer service I received was absolutely appalling—rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Don't waste your time or money. Beware its a con

If your water in your heating system is not crystal clear like Buxton spring water they will not repair your boiler which proberbly amounts to 90% of systems just had a total arse hole from plumbcare and would not even put a jubilee clip on a hose in boiler to rectify the leak because water was slightly discoulered spoke to my sons farther in law as he is an heating engineer his own system has discoure in it he told me it is just a way of getting out of doing repair told the arse hole to leave cover off and I will put one on can't he said as I'm not a heating engineer wtf told him to get out of my house he spent half of time on his phone vaping in van could have had a couple of new boilers fitted with what I have paid ultimate reward over years discusting Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024
