Great customer service

So very worth it!

This account and its benefits are a godsend. If you are often a little bit, but not too far, into your overdraft, you save, as it's free up to 300 quid. More importantly still, you Get free AA membership and holiday insurance, both things you could have been spending a lot on. This is a great account benefits wise. Reviewed on: 8th April 2015

Great! But price keeps rising....

I signed up for Reward account over 3 years ago, and I believe the original price was £12, it's now £15 and I feel like I constantly get letters learning of its amendments and changes. It's still a great card which offers great services coupled with a great bank and amazing customer service, but if the price keeps rising...not sure how far my loyalty will carry me! Great account for anyone

I decided to switch to this account, partly due to the switching bonus £, and partly due to the benefits on offer once you've joined. It's a really good package. I haven't needed to claim on any of these yet, but peace of mind to know that they are available. Reviewed on: 25th February 2015

Great account with useful benefits, switching was easy

The £100 reward for switching was a great bonus but switching was easy and the staff were really helpful in helping me choose the right accounts and products for my needs. Excellent fee charging bank account.

Meet the criteria for this account (2 direct debits, £750 credit per month) and the monthly fee for this account drops to £10 per month.. For that you get mobile insurance, travel insurance, AA breakdown and home emergency cover. Meaning this is a steal for the fee. I have claimed on the mobile insurance as I lost my phone, and this was replaced quickly. Have always found Halifax very easy to deal with. Reviewed on: 7th February 2015

Amazing service! In branch & over the phone!

Lovely staff in branch, always friendly. Excellent service especially after my card details were stolen & they could of potentially stole a lot of money from me, Halifax stopped the transaction & contacted me straight away. A very happy customer! Reviewed on: 13th January 2015

Free travel insurance

Halifax ultimate rewards comes with great benefits, particularly free travel insurance, car breakdown and mobile phone insurance. For the small monthly fee it is definitely worth it! Cash back options are also a plus! Reviewed on: 2nd October 2014
