Halifax Clarity Credit Card

This card keeps being refused although I am not near my credit limit, most annoying. Contacted Halifax, but they blamed everything and everybody EXCEPT HALIFAX. Their systems are not working properly and they don't care. I got no help from them whatsoever! I have voted with my feet and now have a Nationwide card which is reliable and their service is good.
