I was settling a loan my wife had taken out, I set up a new payment to be made but there appeared to be some error so it was blocked, I contacted the number sent to me and went through the process of unblocking my account and paying the bill. Amazing service when I needed that extra money, steps are so simple and when applied it didn’t affect my credit rating when checking to see if I was eligible, anyway been eligible they make sure you know all the bits you need to know like dates when you need to pay you’re first direct debits, also term of the loan Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
