    I am extremely disappointed with Halifax's customer service. I have been left waiting for months regarding a debit card dispute, and instead of properly addressing... I am extremely disappointed with Halifax's customer service. I have been left waiting for months regarding a debit card dispute, and instead of properly addressing my evidence, the bank seems to be looking at my letters and emails with closed eyes. Even though the evidence was literally in front of their eyes, they just took the money anyway.
