Helped for few month when my account was overdrawn, stopped the interest rates until I get back on my feet. Easy to use App and friendly staff at Scunthorpe Branch.

I’ve had fantastic experience with Halifax customer service around my fixed rate mortgage. They were able to answer any questions I had - even some really simple ones - I felt like they didn’t judge me and I could ask anything! This is great for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of mortgage knowledge. Definitely recommend! Read more Read less
