I have NCD stretching back over 20+ years and that’s what I listed on my proposal, my other insurer simply lists this as 9 years + on my proof of NCD. This morning I have received a surly, unsigned email from Post Office advising me that my policy remains unaffected but my NCD proof is different to what I told them. When we got the letters and documents required we contacted them again and said they would take care of it all. With 7 days we had the money back, less the excess.
