Very difficult to chat on the phone

It's a good card until there's a problem & you have to get in touch by phone. I can't understand what they're saying. For instance I made a payment on my card & they hadn't taken the payment & it was still pending in my bank account. I have accessibility issues & I'm trying to explain 1 thing & the next minute they're talking about something else that's a month away. I don't know what I've agreed to. There's only so many times that you can say what ? Pardon ? Can you say that again. You need to speak slowly & please remember that some of your customers are in the UK. The person I just spoke with was talking very fast & in a heavy accent that makes each word run into the next. I won't be phoning up again. Total waste of time. It just made things worse. Accessible banking on every high street & beyond

Account was simple to set up, all aspects of banking are straightforward though they would benefit from a message service or online chat for internet banking. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

Money card

Used a post office money card when traveling around the USA. Card and app were very easy to use and felt very secure and safe. Would definitely use again on next adventure. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
