Very difficult to chat on the phone

It's a good card until there's a problem & you have to get in touch by phone. I can't understand what they're saying. For instance I made a payment on my card & they hadn't taken the payment & it was still pending in my bank account. I have accessibility issues & I'm trying to explain 1 thing & the next minute they're talking about something else that's a month away. I don't know what I've agreed to. There's only so many times that you can say what ? Pardon ? Can you say that again. You need to speak slowly & please remember that some of your customers are in the UK. The person I just spoke with was talking very fast & in a heavy accent that makes each word run into the next. I won't be phoning up again. Total waste of time. It just made things worse.
