Utterly appalling customer service

Failed to transfer Cash ISA from PO to Virgin due to PO. Did not answer secure messages correctly. Blamed Virgin but it was not a Virgin problem. No phone number to call PO. DO NOT BUY A PO CASH ISA. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. I am now going to have to cash the ISA in which I did not want to do and buy Virgin ISA with Cash thereby losing my allowance this year. DO NOT USE PO FOR ANY FINANCIAL PRODUCT Reviewed on: 12th May 2025
