Very Poor Service

l just wanted a change of vehicle..made phone calls...had to wait for reply..again waited for return call NO CALL...rang again fobbed off again...then told l will have to renew my insurance as they do not do a change of vehicle...ABSOLUTE RUBBISH...Never again will l use POST OFFICE INSURANCE plus l will not renew my other policy's with them. grrrrrrrr Reviewed on: 16th July 2019

RIP off

This company will keeping adding extra cost to your insurance so the original price is not as good as you think it is. To cancel when I then sold the bike cost way more than the original price. I went ahead with the insurance at £6.90 per month with an initial payment of £11.52, costing £87.52 but all totalled for this insurance was £232.21. Total rip off Reviewed on: 7th August 2018

Bike insurance rip off

I dont think it's just the post office but bike insurance in general is a rip off,I sold my motorbike and phone up to cancel the insurance (which cost me £70 a year)only to be told there is a £50 charge ,i explained that the insurance was up in 3 weeks only to be told I still had to pay the charge when ever i cancelled it.
