BOS refused to transfer the policy even though it had six months to run. Their preference was to cancel the policy and refund me with NOTHING. They then offered me a new policy at a higher cost. Darren Clarke was a waste of space and would not listen to my complaint. I had written to Darren laying out my complaint. When he phoned me (as per their promise) he had not even read my letter.
