    Never had any other home insurance provider but BOS. Never made any claims. This year when I had discovered concealed water leak which lead to... My polucy says I was covered for such events. When called insurance, been told that "ah yes you are covered, but on page 1057 of some book in very small print you are kinda not...".     AVOID this company

    Changed my car and tried to change insurance accross. Rang them and tgey told me my car did not exist and I could not get... Changed my car and tried to change insurance accross. I cancelled my insurance and they are messing about with the £138 refund. 16 days have gone past and now say alow another 21 days...the Chat advisor Amarah then just disconnected the chat.
