    Poor complaints handling and broken promises

    I had a frustrating experience with Vanquis that I need to share. Called the activation number on my new card sticker and it straight up... I had a frustrating experience with Vanquis that I need to share. Called the activation number on my new card sticker and it straight up didn’t work. Called them directly (after holiday delay) and was told it was active - still didn’t work. Their complaints handling was appalling. Submitted a proper written complaint through their online form and they completely ignored it. Promised to call me back - never happened. Later claimed they’d left voicemails when they hadn’t.     Worst ever customer service in the world

    I have been a Vaquis credit card customer since 12 July 2007. Now I have 29 credit cards with a limit of £84,030. The worst... I have been a Vaquis credit card customer since 12 July 2007. Now I have 29 credit cards with a limit of £84,030. The worst ever credit card customer service and higher interest is Vanquis. The staff are so incompetent that for more than 2 months, they couldn't refund the amount of £4500. They're thinking that if they don't refund, what can we do!!?
