App not working , charging too much fees for service...

App not working , charging too much fees for service , charging for late payment which is not my fault , always reporting me to... App not working , charging too much fees for service , charging for late payment which is not my fault , always reporting me to creditors as bad . I have to call them to pay over the phone. As soon as I got pay them ALL then I will close my account and discard them . They always call me on my work telephone discussion my issue with my colleagues and ask them to in courage me to to call back which I never run behind my payment. Read more Read less

Vanquis credit card has been surprisingly positive

I originally applied to help build my credit score, and Vanquis gave me that opportunity when many others wouldn’t. The application process was straightforward, and... The application process was straightforward, and I was approved quickly with a manageable credit limit that increased gradually over time as I proved myself. The app is easy to use — I can check my balance, make payments, and get alerts instantly, which helps me stay on top of things. I especially like how transparent the charges and interest are, and that I’m reminded when my payment is due. It’s helped me become more financially disciplined. There are no flashy rewards, but for what I needed — building credit safely and gaining control over my finances — Vanquis delivered exactly that. I’d recommend it to anyone trying to rebuild or start their credit journey. Read more Read less
