Old school customer services via telephone...

I prefer to speak to customer services via telephone, which is often difficult in this time of increased pressure to use apps or online services. Vanquis team are always helpful, patient and polite, which gives me confidence in dealing with my finances. Reviewed on: 28th July 2025

I am happy to be able to make contact via telephone when I have had issues or queries that need attention, which can be quickly addressed and have always been met with polite and considerate responses from understanding customer service agents. This is becoming more important for elder persons with low-tech abilities and those with no access to online services. Especially those in hospital settings, which I work in and see the damage caused by lack of access to WiFi for older persons with urgent financial needs. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
