Excellence at TSB, Byres Road, Glasgow.

Outstanding example of TSB quality Service. All local branches closed. I am 81. On 3 visits to Byres Road Branch. Lisa ( manager) and staff... Outstanding example of TSB quality Service. All local branches closed. I am 81. On 3 visits to Byres Road Branch. Lisa ( manager) and staff could not do enough to help. Josh and Liz ,despite other customer demands being dealt with, Always gave prompt, professional and sensitive service. Josh even got me onto internet banking. Lisa dealt with other customers, but then solved my needs for Printed statements on second visit from Bishopbriggs, 8 miles sway. All 3 were excellent examples of Highest TSB Bank quality service, especially if you need A bank problem solved. They treated you SD if one of the family. Mr Stephen Joyce, 1 Huntly Court. Three-time scam victim in one year

I have been a customer of Permanent TSB for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing and worrying. In the past... I have been a customer of Permanent TSB for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing and worrying. In the past year, my account has been targeted by scammers on three separate occasions, leading to substantial financial losses. Despite reporting each incident to the bank, their response has been slow and largely unhelpful. At present, I am actively working to recover over a thousand euros, and the apparent lack of urgency and support from the bank is deeply concerning. I entrusted Permanent TSB with my money and personal information, but their handling of these situations has prompted me to question the effectiveness of their security measures. It seems improbable to fall victim to scams three times in a single year without there being an underlying issue. I sincerely hope that Permanent TSB takes these concerns seriously and prioritizes improving its customer service and security protocols to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I have been a customer of Permanent TSB for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing and worrying. In the past year, my account has been targeted by scammers on three separate occasions, leading to substantial financial losses. Despite reporting each incident to the bank, their response has been slow and largely unhelpful. At present, I am actively working to recover over a thousand euros, and the apparent lack of urgency and support from the bank is deeply concerning. I entrusted Permanent TSB with my money and personal information, but their handling of these situations has prompted me to question the effectiveness of their security measures. Ptsb app useless

The new app is impossible cannot view all transactions without bending over backwards through hoops and loops. Why did they change it ? Useless

    Permanent TSB app does not work efficiently EVER!! Looks like a 5 year old set it up. Very frustrating as we have just lost out on cheap flights because of it

    THEY LOST A 10K TRANSFER!!!

    Absolute scammers with no responsibility. They lost a 10K transfer from my Permanent TSB explore account to my WISE EU account. The details are correct.... Absolute scammers with no responsibility. They lost a 10K transfer from my Permanent TSB explore account to my WISE EU account. The details are correct. They have no clue where the money is after 3 weeks! They refused to provide proof of transfer (a simple PDF stating full name, bank details, amount sent, date, and currency) to have the receiver bank investigate too. Each time I need to explain what's going on again and again. No one takes responsibility. They only say, "we sent it" and that's all. Awful experience. We're opening a complaint with the Ombudsman and then taking this matter up with a solicitor if that does not help. DO NOT leave any monies here. If you have an issue, you're done for. I worked with many banks, and this is BY FAR the worse. Read more Read less

    STAY AWAY

    I wanted to tell you all about my story and the problems I have been facing with them but checking the other review you can... I wanted to tell you all about my story and the problems I have been facing with them but checking the other review you can easily see that this bank has no future since there are just 1 star review. I have been stuck out of my account because of their unhelpful, not existent and poor customer service and I do not understand why they do not invest more money in that since they could afford it. Probably because they do not care about keeping their customer with them. Ridiculous and I felt scammed by my own bank. I will never ever recommend this bank to someone else.
