Excellence at TSB, Byres Road, Glasgow.

Outstanding example of TSB quality Service. All local branches closed. I am 81. On 3 visits to Byres Road Branch. Lisa ( manager) and staff could not do enough to help. Josh and Liz ,despite other customer demands being dealt with, Always gave prompt, professional and sensitive service. Josh even got me onto internet banking. Lisa dealt with other customers, but then solved my needs for Printed statements on second visit from Bishopbriggs, 8 miles sway. All 3 were excellent examples of Highest TSB Bank quality service, especially if you need A bank problem solved. They treated you SD if one of the family. Mr Stephen Joyce, 1 Huntly Court.
