Three-time scam victim in one year

I have been a customer of Permanent TSB for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing and worrying. In the past year, my account has been targeted by scammers on three separate occasions, leading to substantial financial losses. Despite reporting each incident to the bank, their response has been slow and largely unhelpful. At present, I am actively working to recover over a thousand euros, and the apparent lack of urgency and support from the bank is deeply concerning. I entrusted Permanent TSB with my money and personal information, but their handling of these situations has prompted me to question the effectiveness of their security measures. It seems improbable to fall victim to scams three times in a single year without there being an underlying issue. I sincerely hope that Permanent TSB takes these concerns seriously and prioritizes improving its customer service and security protocols to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
