Massive perks beating those from the big boys

I like both the interest rate on the Biscuit account and the money back on DD payments, where you receive 2% back on £1,500's worth of DDs In the app, what you require is easy to navigate to. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

They enabled me to switch a loan product I had with...

They enabled me to switch a loan product I had with them to a new similar loan at a much lower rate and there was no early repayment charge on the old loan either. Their customer service agent, who called me, to go through various details was very friendly and polite and fully appreciated why I wished to make such a switch. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
