Good credit card app a little clunky

"That How It Works"

Had balance of £300 on credit card, they took £780 from my bank account and put it on the credit card. Now I have to pay overdraft on my debit card. And all they could say was: "That's how it works" Thanks a lot! Reviewed on: 8th June 2019

Good Credit account

Top Customer Service

I have been a customer of Halifax for several years now and would never change to another company. Customer service is always excellent and everything about this bank and the service they provide is easy and stress free. Reviewed on: 14th April 2017

Free money!

We have a Halifax Cashback Credit Card and a direct debit set up to pay it back in full every month. We've never paid a penny in interest and the cash we get back is in the hundreds of pounts. Reviewed on: 28th March 2017

I think it is great.

I think that this is great. i am not sure how it compares to other accounts but i have nothing but good things to say. i am happy that i have this experience and that i am able to use this to purchase the tings that i need and want and that i can pay it off in a timely manner.
