Did a balance transfer for six months paid the right amount each month last month and this month so i did not get any interest on my card but been charged interest for the last two months i rang them up told me because i have not paid the balance transfer off i will get intrest on my account how do you work this out i have six months to pay it off getting rid of this card has soon has i can rigght rip off merchants. Avoid any card underwritten by jaja

Used the Asda card for a couple of years. Recently bought a dog carrier on a fake Lidl website. Nothing happened until the next day when my asda app told me of two purchases of £89 and £98 from a cafe in London. I immediately rand Jaja but only to get an automated reply we will freeze your card and be in touch within 2 weeks. Even used the potential fraud link which suggested I freeze the card and we will be in touch. The usual pay your statement email. No phone call, no email, no text or message from jaja or the app after what is now 4 weeks. no new card, nothing at all from this appalling company. Reviewed on: 26th May 2026

Overpayment refunded same day --

I made a wrong payment, I called in and my query was passed to the Payments team -- Following their investigation, i had the overpayment back in my back account the same day -- (which i thought would take a number of days like other institutions) Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
