In March i made a balance transfer to another provider aas i was sick and tired of Jaja service and how they calculate interest.and wanted to make use 0% charges and payments from another provider. They wrote to me to acknowledge this. So my balance was £215 which i wanted to pay off. A month later to my horror they have changed and reversed the amount for no reason. They say I owe £1800 and every month they put interest. In the meantime I have no problems with my new provider where I pay 0 percent interest. I called Jaja to seek clarification they had an inexperienced staff who knew nothing, the call lasted for an hour, failed to solve my problem, kept saying HSBC made a mistake. So if HSBC made a mistake why don't you direct me to the relevant department.She said they , her dept doesn't deal with this.Sihe kept pausing and going to ask her supervisor. I paid a fortune for this call. It was daytime and there was no need for her not to transfer me to the relevant department.
She later said Jaja called me and I was not there. Is that reason why can't Jaja solve the problems as I no longer want to deal with them.
I wrote to Jaja four times . In May, June , July and August. All letters were recorded. Up until this day Jaja charges me interest they shouldn't be doing. This has affected my credit ratings. My bank reduced allowances saying I couldn't afford!! Thanks to JAJA!!!!!
Post office was taken overby Jaja. Post office had a good service. Jaja awful, it stinks, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
CONTINUE TO NAME AND SHAME UNTIL ITS BROUGHT TO ITS KNEES.

Do not apply to change to Jaja or become a new customer terrible customer service. I was tempted as a old Asda credit card customer that then changed to creation but no money back . So I thought ohhh I will apply and go back to a endorseAsda credit card and get money back with JaJa not so simple glad to day after reading very negative reviews . Jaja can stick their card up their JaJa as applying affects credit rating even though it's soft credit rating it still affects !!!! Shame on you Asda partnering with JAJA did you not read the terrible reviews ??? Obviously not !!!????

I have had my credit card since Saturday 20th August and after using it one on Saturday my account was placed on a review and blocked. I had to wait until Monday 22nd to speak with customer service. My card was unblocked and £10 credit added to my account Read more

I have had my credit card since Saturday 20th August and after using it one on Saturday my account was placed on a review and blocked. I had to wait until Monday 22nd to speak with customer service. My card was unblocked and £10 credit added to my account.
On Wednesday 14th August I used my card and my account was placed onto a review. Customer service is shocking, you call them, go through data protection and get told they are not able to disclose anything about my account to me and that I must wait 2 - 3 days until the relevant department contact me. This company is an absolute joke. Why accept me for a card if you are not happy with me using my card for transactions over £100 and block my card.
HOW THE HELL CAN MY ACCOUNT NEED 2 REVIEWS A BLOODY WEEK.

PLEASE PEOPLE, STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Cannot use card

Secondary card holder app doesn’t work - called customer service x3. Not very knowledgable. Kept passing on between teams. Then said customer service hours were over / call back after the weekend.

My app hasn't worked in nearly a month

After numberous phone calls I can't get my app to work. I can't authorise larger payments online using the app. Noone can give me any estimate of how long it will take to fix.

Modern and easy

Their customer care is friendly and efficient. The card is especially good for foreign travel (this will be a priority for me when the world opens up). The app is user friendly and has some very clever little features like notifications when you use the card).
I'm not a geek, but... well perhaps I am and Jaja satisfies the needs of this nerd bird.

I current pay £64 a month interest on a £3300 credit card and have been for ages with JaJa. Trying to speak to someone about this is impossible and when I last spoke to someone they said it was for a balance transfer, but the interest rate is for purchases. I have no idea if this is correct and since the switch from PO they have been rubbish. It took months for me to use their app and wish I could transfer out of Jaja as I think I'm getting ripped off.

Online statement doesnt add up

Debits and credits four days srill not updated online. Its useless in keeping track of spend worse than the PO if thats possible. The balance and availability never up to date, totally in the dark on usage.

Avoid - appalling service

I was a Post Office customer, and since they bought the business the service and treatment has been appalling. Would have given zero rating if that was possible. Have now closed my account.

Having had a credit card with post office for years, I automatically got a jaja card. My credit limit was good and I used the card for small purchases. The app seemed easy to use but unfortunately when I used it to pay off my balance, it worked fine or so I thought. It actually did not process my payments. This happened on three separate occasions and I was therefore charged for late payment. The paper credit card statement also showed details of the account to payoff my balance which also isn’t the actual account number to pay off your balance. In the end I called customer services and paid off my balance and closed my account. There are far better credit card providers out there in my experience.

I then asked if they had up to date salary information, as my income is now >2x what it was when I opened the card 5 years ago. Told they don't collect salary information.

Really poor and will be cancelling as soon as mortgage application complete.

Unbelievably bad service failures and major errors. 1st CS respondant was unable to retrieve back correspondence from Jaja to me from their system.

40 minutes (!) for transfer to manager A***, despite my polite clarity before the original agent's repeated holds that a manager was necessary. Jaja had previously offered £15 (£50 my bid; declined).

Never had any problems ever with other issuers or Jaja's Post Office credit card predecessor. Jaja are blocking/ unblocking my card. Jaja requested postal id; then wrote this was no longer needed. But card blocked yet again (reason?!). No compensatory credit to my a/c was yet made though verbally promised in last call some months ago after 1st block/ unblock/ confusion/ complaint. Despite clearing then debt in full and asking they retain enough of my overpayment, am now racking up a modest 2 figure balance in ?fees or interest that I cannot even pay to clear despite wishing to. So really worse than HOPELESS.

2nd complaint logged by A***, but shan't hold my breath.

They said that for security purposes, they had to take a small amount from my card, after which they would send a code, which I could use to get a refund. They took £1, but no code ever arrived. Then I got a bill for the outstanding pound. I tried to pay it via a debit card, but it would not allow me to register the card. So I sent a BACs payment from another bank. This took four days to appear in my Jaja account. I filled in their on line complaints form about 5 days ago, but have not even received an acknowledgement. I would close my account, but from what I've heard, this is well-nigh impossible. They a rubbish.

Security Shambles!

Be aware if you try to call up to close your account they will ask for the FULL password. Do not reveal your password - it goes against all security protocol. This is a good example of why I am now an ex customer

This is the quite simply the worst credit card company ever. I only became a customer because my Post Office account was transferred to jaja. I have a credit balance of over £3,500 on my account after a transaction refund and have tried for several months to get it refunded to my bank account. I have called multiple times and keep being told lies about when it is being refunded. I am still waiting and there is no end in sight. Do not use this company - they are appalling.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Didn't have too many problems with my Post Office credit card until Jaja Finance Ltd took over.
They began taking my direct debit payments twice and placed a charge on my credit card to pay me back one of the duplicate payments I am owed.
Invested lots of hours into trying to get this money back over 10 months and they now appear to be ignoring the county court.
