Unable to contact and an app that doesn't work

On 3rd October, Jaja took over Bank or Ireland's credit card business. Just sign up for the app and all will be well - unfortunately the app won't let me (or a lot of others) register. I can't see my CC bill, The phone rings off every time you attempt to ring them. My only contact from them has been a letter acknowledging my complaint, warning of a potential 8 week wait! Bank of Ireland keep telling me that they are passing on my problem to Jaja, who ignore it. Run, don't walk, RUN from Jaja - if I ever get into their useless system I'll be cancelling my card. Spent hours on the phone eventually someone answered but the action they promised hasn’t happened. . Emailed customer services no answer. Registered a complaint - no acknowledgement or response. They blame Covid for slow response but the Post Office didn’t have the same problem. Jaja customer service is terrible Reviewed on: 21st October 2020

They say you can do almost everything on app - you can't and delay to do anything is ridiculous. Will be closing account as soon as they out everything's in order. Reviewed on: 20th October 2020

JaJa is a joke!

Forced move from Post Office Credit Card (never had a problem with them). Jaja is a joke! No customer service AT ALL! A glitch in their systems meant that I paid the balance off three times so now have a negative balance. I want a refund. I'm on a list for a callback, four days and waiting! I will be closing my account and getting another CC from a known provider. Barclays do a CC with zero overseas fees and cash withdrawals so that will be my next port of call. Unsure, but changeover easy

I wasn't aware of the changeover to Jaja, however I signed in straight away on their app and paid my balance. Very easy and straightforward. I imagine there's a few who will drop through the cracks, but overall seems ok. Did try to phone customer service and didn't get through though after 20 mins of waiting. No answer after 6 hours

Just had this foisted on me by the Post Office. Had a fraudulent transaction on the card, tried phoning but 3 times I held on for 2 hours each time. Useless, will cut up the card Reviewed on: 16th October 2020

3 days trying to get through to jaja waited 10 months for a refund from post office credit told i would i be refunded on the 13th of October given £100 compensation for post office mistakes only to then be transferred to jaja were 10 mins later they took back £200 out of my account double what they gave me , still no refund for my flights they dont answer the phone or email and web chat is joke , this company is a joke Reviewed on: 15th October 2020

Tried to phone customer services 3 times now given up ex Post Office credit card customer had no problems with them at all now cant even talk to any body JA JA never heard of them and if this is how they do business time to move on ! Reviewed on: 8th October 2020

Surprise transfer from Post Office!

I knew nothing about this transfer - OK I don't read the FT but surely the PO should have contacted us?? It seems it's VIsa, not Mastercard. The app was easy enough to handle but can't see 'pending' transactions. I only use the card in Europe and have no idea if the card will continue to be as competitive as the PO (exchange rates and no fee loading?). I can't find any info on it so all-in-all the transfer wasn't handled adequately from my viewpoint. Reviewed on: 5th October 2020

Pathetic Service

Transferred from Post Office. Tried without success to register via the app. Told to contact customer service but gave up after 30 minutes on hold. Terrible start to a new relationship, pathetic customer service. Reviewed on: 5th October 2020
