The only reason I paid through Yourcause.com is that they claim to provide 1:1 matching on the donation amount, but they rejected the 1:1 matching with unexpectable reasons in the first place, and even worse that my money hasn't been paid to FQMS. How can ASDA MONEY and JAJA Finance act like this? I'm totally upset about what I have come through with all these, even calling JAJA finance last week, it took me 1 and half hour to wait on the call before reaching someone.
