I tried writing, calling etc but they treated me like a criminal. I had to put in an FSA Ombudsman complaint which took months. In Feb 2026, they've written to me telling me there's been fraudulent activity on my card, which I have had access to for almost a year now. They've asked me to contact them via the app but I'm still blocked so can't. Again, I've tried calling but am on hold for several hours at a time. This is a company set up by two Norwegian guys who've bought up UK Post Office credit cards and Bank of Ireland. They're so bad it's illegal, shameful and immoral. Anxiety inducing to say the least.
