I received another postal letter with decision closed in Yourcause favour, which is ridiculous, JAJA finance used a print out from merchant system on the 15th Nov. but the charity organization FQMS I want to donate to confirmed that they have not received the money on the 18th Jan, that is more than 2 month and funding hasn't paid to FQMS. The only reason I paid through Yourcause.com is that they claim to provide 1:1 matching on the donation amount, but they rejected the 1:1 matching with unexpectable reasons in the first place, and even worse that my money hasn't been paid to FQMS. How can ASDA MONEY and JAJA Finance act like this? I'm totally upset about what I have come through with all these, even calling JAJA finance last week, it took me 1 and half hour to wait on the call before reaching someone. But they cannot say why. This is causing a lot of anxiety. All am told is someone will call me once the review is done. That they cannot discuss anything on the account. When I said I'd like to pay my monthly fee , they gave me an account number at which was wrong what was stated online. When I asked the question ,she said , that's what I have. So I said I won't pay then as it's different online. Wtf. This company Is a joke and wished I never got it. It's caused nothing but stress and anxiety that I really should not feel !!!
