Beyond awful

After being a loyal customer for 20 years, for the first time I asked for help as my card was being used fraudulently. After 2.5... After being a loyal customer for 20 years, for the first time I asked for help as my card was being used fraudulently. After 2.5 months of trying to get information from the fraud team about what has happened, I know absolutely nothing. I am just passed around rude, unhelpful people who don’t understand my case. I can’t deal with these people anymore so I’ve cancelled my card. This is without doubt the worst customer service I have ever come across. Read more Read less

Its points on purchasing goods and services provide options to convert to Nectar, redemption on services from other companies like British Airways etc !

    I love my BA AMEX.

    I love my BA AMEX. I recently got a deal with my Avios points that knocked a £1.2k return flight down to £400!! They send generous coupons too. Amazing.
