Holiday insurance

Choosing holiday insurance is one of the most important things you need to do on your to do list before going away. Good cover amounts for low price.

Good Quality Rated and Reasonable price

Always buy annual insurance and this covered me for the most at a 5 star rating but at the most reasonable price. Very impressed considering I get 40% off at my work for their 5 star cover and American Express was still more competitive. Reviewed on: 6th July 2017

Poor reaction to flight abandonment & always had to chase

Technically under the insurance buying a new flight, when Ryanair cancelled our flight was not included. But we had a chance to fly back home from a close airport but needed to book the flights immediately, as there was 100's of people trying to get home, so booked the flights straight away. If we had nor been able to get that 1 flight, we would have been at leat 3 extra days of accommodation etc to cover. They initially offered to pay for lunch.The most annoying part was that they never phoned you back when I was chasing, so poor customer care & not what you need. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

Easy and transparent!

Travel insurance for me is always a little daunting, after all this is protecting my family after all. Whilst looking for a quote I found there website very easy to use. From entering my details to seeing a summary of what it was I was actually purchasing. Prior to buying I was presented with a very clear summary of what was covered and for how much value. It then gave the option to expand, (this is usually at the point of where it may as well be written in Chinese! ) I was pleasently surprised that not only could I read everything without a sonic microscope I actually could understand it too. This has been the first time that I have confidently bought travel insurance knowing exactly what I am covered for. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016
