Now that I have made 2 payments in 5 days.

Now that I have made 2 payments in 5 days. One of them you stole. You accepted my payment then told me it got returned so I paid it again. 5 days later you reprocess the original payment without my knowledge even though you already received a different payment. Now you put a hold on my account I've sent almost $200 to your conpany. The original payment was $95 and I still can't use my card. Worst credit card provider and customer service. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Reviewed on: 4th September 2025

Amasing customer services & rewards your everyday spend

Amex have great products offering rewards for everyday spending with discount offers and excellent customer services. I’ve had first hand experience of credit card fraud and they resolved it swiftly and the process was very simple. The complete opposite of the level of customer service I get dealing with many other large financial institutions! Reviewed on: 27th May 2024

making the most of my spending

I love my AMEX card that gives me points on my day to day shopping, as well as many other things. As a Tesco shopper, it feels like I get extra for my household shop, not only do I save by using a clubcard but I then earn more points on my AMEX, which can go towards days out/breaks etc Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

My first credit card

After Amex approved to my eligibility, I have been using this card for just over a year. I love how the app is clear looking and easy to understand and manage my transactions. I didn’t find anything that I needed to complain throughout the year. Reviewed on: 29th June 2023

Works for me !

Amex has been great so far (I signed up with the bonus cash back offer) & it’s going well. App is good & lets me track my spending as well as any cash back I generated. Amex offers are are also interesting & have used a few of those too Reviewed on: 11th June 2023
