HSBC credit card is very useful

HSBC only rarely send you relevant advertising; payments are protected by the consumer's right act; they only increase your credit limit if you reply to their offer; their terms & conditions are clear & transparent; and they prompt you in time if they think you might be late repaying. Very Responsice Customer Service

They are very responsive on the chat through the app. I had to report an unexpected transaction on my card recently and they were very efficient m, polite and respectful. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

App/Website Not Yet Working.

I finalised a Balance Transfer over to a HSBC Credit Card, & I was then advised to download the App to my mobile to ensure a stress free experience when Logging In to make payments. This was the total opposite, as their App is not actually finalised yet, & neither is their website. I Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
