the most useless credit visa card and bank ever

i call costumer service today to increase my limit by from 500 pound to 1K , after nearly one hour on the phone ,and speaking to 3 different agents , i got a rejection . although i have 650 credit score /and total income of 40K / yearly . i dont advice anyone to try and ask to increases there limit , because its not trusted back and credit card for sure . now my credit score will drop down . i found them so pathetic to make such decision based on ridicules fact which is (i have not used my visa hsbc credit card for long time) how can i use it with small limit of 500 ??? Very efficient on line application for a new credit card, granted within minutes and arrived 48 hrs later. 18 months interest free and £25 incentive what’s not to like. Good online app to support banking with Hsbc too Reviewed on: 16th June 2021
