Shockingly bad processes and communication

Been with this bank nearly 20 years and had nothing but trouble. Some of the worst bank structure and processes I've ever had to deal with. Credit applications get archived randomly when they have high volumes with no contact made by the bank so you just have to spam call every couple of days (that's literally what the support agents recommend). It's a bit of hassle but moving to modern Banking services like Revolut is a must at this point as Bank of Ireland shows zero intention of improving Reviewed on: 5th June 2024

Terrible reliability

Staff OK on phone but couldn't sort problem and app is terrible. Can't log into app in 3/4 weeks. Haven't been able to authorise ecommerce payments etc. Just poor. Pick another credit card with better online stability. Reviewed on: 1st October 2023
