Cant pay cc in store colossal mistake ..

Today I receive letter telling me I can no longer pay in store!!!! Now has to be a DD or online banking . I don’t like online banking plus many people don’t have access to a computer shame on you M&S from being a customer for many years I will now cancel my card your loss ! Another colossal mistake ! You have not only lost sales but a customer and probably quite a few more. M&S are not the cheapest but we’re convenient. No longer more hassle than your worth. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025

Shocking service

I’ve held an M&S credit card for years but will give it up now due to terrible customer service. Resolution procedure seems to have been shipped to Asia making it very hard to understand and conversation. My problem was down to a hotel room being booked but then cancelled. The hotel waived the booking but Booking.com still charged me. M&S said because Booking.com gave a partial credit they would not be taking my enquiry any further. I did not stay in the hotel, the hotel were paid nothing but Booking.com and Marks & Spencer Bank made money from me in charges for no goods. Be warned Reviewed on: 20th June 2025

&more rewards hit and miss

It is getting hit and miss whether your &more show up. It is no use advertising a 1% reward and then not hitting your statement. I have gone back to non-brand credit cards which offer less cash back (0.5%) but it least it reliably turns up Reviewed on: 16th June 2025

Making it STUPIDLY difficult to sign in without your...

Making it STUPIDLY difficult to sign in without your App , constantly pushing you to have the App . I’ve decided I don’t want the credit card now and will cancel it ! Reviewed on: 12th May 2025

Really disatisfied. Not recommended.

MS Bank offered me a credit card with a decent ammount of credit. I only used 1/3 of that credit for one time and start making my monthly repayments. After 5 months, I accidentanly cancelled my direct debit because i was willing to increase the monthly payment and unfortunately for the 1st ever not only with MS Bank but with others credit cards, i forgot to make my payment. Without them not even sending a message or a phone call to find out what happened, they sent a letter asking for the minimum ammount and the interest and at once before even me realizing what happened and ofcorse repay them (which i had every intention to do at once) they even reduced my credit in half! I have a good credit score, money savings and all the payments of my life in perfect order. I was really disatisfied with such practices by MS Bank. A phone call the next day of me missing a single payment after many months would have sold the "problem" in secs. They 've cut my credit in half, without me even have a chance to explain and apologise for my negligence. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025
