    I have had my credit card with M&S bank for many years and am a happy customer, I’ve only had to contact their customer support... I have had my credit card with M&S bank for many years and am a happy customer, I’ve only had to contact their customer support once, they were helpful and dealt with my questions promptly and professionally. As with most providers they now have an app you can use which is intuitive and reliable, but you still have the backup of speaking to a real person if necessary. Read more Read less
