Beware do not buy this insurance its a big con

We purchased marks and Spencer pet insurance back in 2017 we first paid around 40 pound a month then it went up to 56 pounds... We purchased marks and Spencer pet insurance back in 2017 we first paid around 40 pound a month then it went up to 56 pounds a month we tried to claim for our dogs teeth which have to be taken out we were first told we aren't insured for age related but now have been told not insured at all we have paid around 6000 over the years keep well away they are a big con put money in bank monthly instead beware Read more Read less

    AVOID any financial products at all costs

    AVOID ! Do not get a loan or credit card with M&S. worst service I have ever recieved since going on maternity leave . Told... AVOID ! Was on a reduced payment due to maternity pay yet they push account into default anyway . Ruined credit rating which I’m now having to go through the FCA and ombudsmen to get rectified.     M&S Bank (actually HSBC) without doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The whole organisation is incompetent and indifferent. Even after they accepted...     Immoral price increases at review.

    They have no qualms whatsoever in making their pet insurance prohibitively expensive at renewal by doubling the premium. This forces many pet owners like myself... They have no qualms whatsoever in making their pet insurance prohibitively expensive at renewal by doubling the premium. This forces many pet owners like myself to cancel the insurance on the grounds of affordability and leaves an elderly pet without the treatment they have become dependent upon. This is in my opinion the height of animal cruelty and it is not treating vulnerable customers fairly either. If they are so concerned about a specific condition then this should be excluded from inception. Read more Read less
