    I'm also a victim of bait and switch from M&S as the loan rate switched from 9.9% to 14.9% and the loan repayments ballooned. I'm... I'm also a victim of bait and switch from M&S as the loan rate switched from 9.9% to 14.9% and the loan repayments ballooned. I'm now at a crossroads as I've signatured my contract with the bank and they wrote to me to state that the money would take ''no longer than five working days'' to deposit. I'm into day SEVEN. I've left valuable feedback on other website and made the observation that M&S Bank, likewise, does not respond to reviews of their company. So be it. Should my loan amount successfully deposit then the whole process from day one will have taken close-on to three weeks to complete. Read more Read less

    Beware do not buy this insurance its a big con

    We purchased marks and Spencer pet insurance back in 2017 we first paid around 40 pound a month then it went up to 56 pounds... We purchased marks and Spencer pet insurance back in 2017 we first paid around 40 pound a month then it went up to 56 pounds a month we tried to claim for our dogs teeth which have to be taken out we were first told we aren't insured for age related but now have been told not insured at all we have paid around 6000 over the years keep well away they are a big con put money in bank monthly instead beware Read more Read less

    AVOID any financial products at all costs

    AVOID ! Do not get a loan or credit card with M&S. worst service I have ever recieved since going on maternity leave . Told... AVOID ! Do not get a loan or credit card with M&S. worst service I have ever recieved since going on maternity leave . Told they had sent letters when they hadn’t . Was on a reduced payment due to maternity pay yet they push account into default anyway . Ruined credit rating which I’m now having to go through the FCA and ombudsmen to get rectified.
