Very poor service

No fault accident in June 2025.Still not sorted out and I am still paying an excessive amount for my car and wife’s car insurance.Case unresolved cannot get a straight forward response to my questions. Still about £300 out of pocket. Very little feedback from M&S about what the case only stalling when I finally get through to speak to someone.They are not operating as a broker should by looking after customers. Won't let me change my vehicle

I have car insurance Call up as I'm changing my vehicle. They told me they can't offer me anything if I change my car other than a new policy. Absolutely a joke. Reviewed on: 29th October 2025

I called to change the address, the person who answered my call took my new address and she didn’t update the system with my new address, an act of incompetence, and disinterest towards her job .and a mess up with letters which were sent to the old address rather than the new address that I have provided to them. Updated my car insurance today having changed my given a quote along with a £25 admin fee. Policy came through with my old car details on. When contacting them I was quoted double! Reviewed on: 11th August 2025

stay clear poor service

changed car registration on line was charged 25 pounds for doing it , took 3 mins ms car insurance , absolute robbery , will not be renewing even if they are cheaper than any one else Reviewed on: 4th August 2025

Additional fees all the time

Couldn't process online so had to call and they wouldn't honour online quote so ended up being £70 additional cost. Then changed my name after getting married and was charged an additional premium. Won't be using again. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024
