Very poor service

No fault accident in June 2025.Still not sorted out and I am still paying an excessive amount for my car and wife’s car insurance.Case unresolved cannot get a straight forward response to my questions. Still about £300 out of pocket. Very little feedback from M&S about what the case only stalling when I finally get through to speak to someone.They are not operating as a broker should by looking after customers.
