Packaged benefits

The packaged benefits are very convenient and it is reassuring to know that the insurance is highly rated by Which? magazine. I have never had to use this insurance though. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

Great value

I have had home & contents insurance with M&S Bank for several years. The premium is low and has gone down every year, although there is a lot included. I haven't had to make a claim, though, so I don't know how good they are on that. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Nice perks and no problems

I've had a Platinum Cashback Credit Card for about 15 years and always pay it off every month. It's nice to get a small amount of cashback every year, although for the first few years I didn't because I hadn't spent enough on it. I've also got money off a couple of purchases in the Shop Small events. I've never had any problems and never had to contact customer services. The only drawback is that it isn't accepted everywhere. Review of the Covered2go, Travel Insurance:

Cheap cover - choose what you want to be covered for.

I'd had a preventive medical procedure, which increased my travel insurance quotes by a lot. Covered2go let me choose not to be covered for any issues relating to the condition/procedure, leading to a very low quote. Since I was assured that there was no longer any risk, it seemed like a good deal to me. Of course, I don't know how good they are when it comes to paying out, as I have not had to make a claim.
