Awful service, AVOID!

Awful service. They emailed an invalid address (which they later admitted was their error and a typo) saying I had 4 hours to reply or they'd escalate. How could I reply when they didn't actually email me? They then said that since it was an honest mistake that they'd done nothing wrong in escalating as I hadn't replied. To an email they didn't actually send me. They are disputing what my vet says as they believe they know better, and their lack of attention to detail has also seen them email me the wrong contact information (Tesco pet insurance instead of M&S, they provide service for all).
