Good customer service

Great customer service, easy to switch and excellent benefits.

I wanted a bank accout and savings account with finacial benefits. The customer support was excellent M&S guided me through everything in changing my accounts. The offer at the time £125 gift card and a monthly saver account interest rate of 5.00%AER Gross 12 Month period. Reviewed on: 25th September 2017

5% guaranteed

Just renewed M&S Monthly Saver, getting 5% pa on £250 per month (works out at just under 3% when averages out). Would be 5-star if they let me put £3k in from get go. Reviewed on: 27th March 2017

Easy to open

Made appointment to open this & link it to me Current Account. Easy to do (including setting up monthly s/o). 6% interest!!! Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Have to have their current account to get this which is long winded to open. However this gives access to the monthly saver where you can save up to £250 a month and get 6% Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
