Rewards

The M&S credit card is good, I like the rewards you get - spending them on me! Reviewed on: 29th November 2016

Just OK

I pay my MasterCard off each month but only really got it for the "points" although they have diminished in value. So a "just OK" from me. Reviewed on: 28th November 2016

A reasonable card, nice rewards

This card is one I use for everyday spending. As I always pay in full every month the APR doesn't really concern me. The rewards, though a little slow to accumulate, are a nice bonus - especially come Christmas time when I tend to buy more things from M&S anyway. Reviewed on: 29th October 2016

Good and Reliable

Points

Buying products using my m&s card is brilliant because of the points gained from it. These points get added up and turned into vouchers which i can use in store Reviewed on: 14th October 2016

awful rewards scheme

i am disappointed by the recent handling of my vouchers. First of all they send you rewards every quarter through the post. it would be better that you can have a log and claim points accordingly. recently I realised that £21 worth of vouchers had expired 2 days before. I contacted both customer service and the stores; very unhelpful and essentially refusing to exchange my vouchers. The rewards scheme is done in a way that you can end up losing the vouchers, lose track and not claim them in time. look elsewhere. i have another card and it is so much better. Shocking customer service

Major problems with them trying to to a balance transfer to another credit card. After waiting 6 working days for it to happen, (after being told it would take 3) I cancelled the balance transfer. One week later the balance transfer took place even though it had been cancelled by telephone, secure message and email. No one got back to me after sending complaint after complaint. Good company who car for their customers

M&S Bank are always ready to listen and help their customers. I am impressed by the trouble they take and their care of their credit card holders. If there is a problem they sort it quickly and cheerfully. Reviewed on: 29th June 2016

Rewarded with M&S vouchers

This really is worth having. Every quarter you receive vouchers for M&S just for using the card. Have recommended to several people who all agree this really is good value. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2016

Good service with bonus of getting points to spend at M&S

I find the service at M&S excellent if I have any problems. Also, they are great at monitoring spending patterns to check it anything untoward is happening and detecting fraud. They are easy to reach by phone or online. Reviewed on: 20th June 2016
