Shocking customer service

Major problems with them trying to to a balance transfer to another credit card. After waiting 6 working days for it to happen, (after being told it would take 3) I cancelled the balance transfer. One week later the balance transfer took place even though it had been cancelled by telephone, secure message and email. No one got back to me after sending complaint after complaint. Good company who car for their customers

This really is worth having. Every quarter you receive vouchers for M&S just for using the card. Have recommended to several people who all agree this really is good value. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2016

Good service with bonus of getting points to spend at M&S

I find the service at M&S excellent if I have any problems. Also, they are great at monitoring spending patterns to check it anything untoward is happening and detecting fraud. They are easy to reach by phone or online. Reviewed on: 20th June 2016

A good credit card with an excellent personal service

M&S are particularly careful about compromised cards and always let you know if there has been some irregular activity. They are very good to talk to on the phone and speak English and are very caring. I am sad that the points are not as good as before but I stay with them because I trust them. Just taken out an M&S Credit Card - got 2000 points (worth £20) for signing up via a M&S advisor, £5 worth of points following first use (spent £1.55 on "reduced to clear" food items), no interest payable for 19 months (just pay "minimum repayment" per month by DD). great customer service

was charged twice by a hotel in Rome. When I got my statement rang customer services to discuss. Very helpful , said it was the hotels job to prove I had stayed twice. Excellent service all round , would always use this card in future especially abroad. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016
