Good interest free period

It's not amazing but better than OK as you get points for spending in M&S and a good long interest free period and gift voucher introductory offer Reviewed on: 9th December 2016

Reduced rate

The card used to be amazing because of the reward points but they've been reduced so now is just OK. Reviewed on: 8th December 2016

Love it

Love this card! It's easy to accumulate points which convert into vouchers which I can use instore or save up towards my Christmas shopping. I pay off in full every month so the APR doesn't really concern me Reviewed on: 6th December 2016

A credit card with great benefits

I love this credit card. I can accumulate points each time I shop and every 2 months they will translate the points into vouchers to shop at marks and spencers. It's a great help. Reviewed on: 29th November 2016

Just OK

I pay my MasterCard off each month but only really got it for the "points" although they have diminished in value. So a "just OK" from me. Reviewed on: 28th November 2016

A reasonable card, nice rewards

This card is one I use for everyday spending. As I always pay in full every month the APR doesn't really concern me. The rewards, though a little slow to accumulate, are a nice bonus - especially come Christmas time when I tend to buy more things from M&S anyway. Reviewed on: 29th October 2016

Good and Reliable

Points

awful rewards scheme

i am disappointed by the recent handling of my vouchers. First of all they send you rewards every quarter through the post. it would be better that you can have a log and claim points accordingly. recently I realised that £21 worth of vouchers had expired 2 days before. I contacted both customer service and the stores; very unhelpful and essentially refusing to exchange my vouchers. The rewards scheme is done in a way that you can end up losing the vouchers, lose track and not claim them in time. look elsewhere. i have another card and it is so much better.
