I enjoy using my card to get rewards

I love getting M and S vouchers every quarter for using my credit card - it makes me feel happy and valued Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

Great

Their customer service is amazing. Once I accidentally bought the same item twice, so they called me and checked that I had meant to do this and I hadn't so they cancelled the order. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Excellent

They have brilliant customer service. Somebody somehow managed to get my credit card details and tried to buy lots of DVD's with them but M&S recognised that this was not normal for me and blocked it. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

marks and spencer rewards

Really good customer service. I phoned them as a hotel had charged me twice for same night stay. Very quickly resolved. Only had to fill in one form and everything sorted out very quickly. Love getting the reward vouchers through with long expiry dates. Always saved up for christmas. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

handy card

Always made to feel special, excellet customer service

I use my card regularly for most or both instore and other purchases. I am pleased with my rewards and use them for personal treats. Making payments towards your card in store at the till is a feature which I have embraced. Reviewed on: 5th November 2015
