They have brilliant customer service. Somebody somehow managed to get my credit card details and tried to buy lots of DVD's with them but M&S recognised that this was not normal for me and blocked it. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

When I moved to Halifax I got a substantial transfer cash back package, free mobile and travel insurance. I also think that they are much easier to contact personally than other banks Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
