Their in-store customer service is better than most of the other banks I have been with. However their mobile customer service is absolutely terrible and lets them down a lot. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Their customer service is amazing. Once I accidentally bought the same item twice, so they called me and checked that I had meant to do this and I hadn't so they cancelled the order. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
